The Data Subject may opt out by visiting the page of the <a href=\"https:\/\/optout.networkadvertising.org\/?c=1\">Network Advertising Initiative<\/a><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Marketing purposes for the Data Controller's products and\/or services<\/strong>: to send commercial and\/or promotional information or materials, to carry out direct sales of the Data Controller's products and\/or services, or to conduct market research using automated and traditional methods<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p>Based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, the Application allows interactions with external platforms or social networks whose processing of Personal Data is governed by their respective privacy policies, to which reference should be made. The interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the privacy settings that the Data Subject has chosen on those platforms or social networks. This information \u2013 in the absence of specific consent to processing for further purposes \u2013 is used solely to allow the use of the Application and to provide the information and services requested.<\/p><p>The Personal Data of the Data Subject may also be used by the Data Controller to defend itself in legal proceedings before the competent courts.<\/p><\/li><li><h4>Methods of processing and recipients of Personal Data<\/h4><p>Personal Data is processed using paper and electronic means, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and with the adoption of appropriate security measures.<\/p><p>Personal Data is processed exclusively by:<\/p><ul><li>persons authorized by the Data Controller who have committed themselves to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;<\/li><li>subjects operating independently as separate data controllers or subjects designated as data processors by the Data Controller in order to carry out all processing activities necessary to pursue the purposes set out in this policy (e.g., business partners, consultants, IT companies, service providers, hosting providers);<\/li><li>individuals or entities to whom Personal Data must be disclosed by law or by order of the authorities.<\/li><\/ul><p>The above-mentioned parties are required to use appropriate safeguards to protect Personal Data and may only access data necessary to perform their assigned tasks.<\/p><p>Personal Data will not be disclosed indiscriminately in any way.<\/p><\/li><li><h4>Location<\/h4><p class=\"translation-block\">If necessary, Personal Data may be transferred to parties located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
