Privacy Policy
The purpose of this document is to inform the individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”) regarding the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) collected by the data controller, VIGOTUR snc, with registered office in Via Messina, 5 Lamezia Terme (CZ) 88046 Italy – VAT number 03879170797, email address info@residencemarecalabria.it, (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), through the Massimiliano Laudati application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application).
The changes and updates will be binding as soon as they are published on the Application. If you do not accept the changes made to the Privacy Policy, you must stop using this Application and may request the Data Controller to delete your Personal Data.
Categories of Personal Data Processed
The Data Controller processes the following types of Personal Data provided voluntarily by the Data Subject:
- Contact details: name, surname, address, email address, telephone number, images, authentication credentials, any additional information sent by the Data Subject, etc.
- Tax and payment details: tax ID number, VAT number, credit card details, bank account details, etc.
The Data Controller processes the following types of Personal Data collected automatically:
- Technical data: Personal Data collected from devices, applications, tools, and protocols used, such as information about the device used, IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP). Such Personal Data may leave traces that, especially when combined with unique identifiers and other information received from servers, may be used to create profiles of individuals.
- Application navigation and usage data: such as pages visited, number of clicks, actions performed, session duration, etc.
Failure by the Data Subject to provide Personal Data for which there is a legal or contractual obligation, or which is necessary for the conclusion of the contract with the Data Controller, will make it impossible for the Data Controller to establish or continue the relationship with the Data Subject.
The Data Subject who communicates Personal Data of third parties to the Data Controller is directly and exclusively responsible for their origin, collection, processing, communication, or dissemination.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Application uses cookies, web beacons, unique identifiers, and other similar technologies to collect Personal Data from the Data Subject on the pages, links visited, and other actions taken when the Data Subject uses the Application. Legal basis and purpose of processing
The processing of Personal Data is necessary:
- for the performance of the contract with the Data Subject, namely:
- fulfillment of any obligation arising from the pre-contractual or contractual relationship with the Data Subject
- registration and authentication of the Data Subject:to allow the Data Subject to register on the Application, access it, and be identified even through external platforms
- support and contact with the Data Subject: to respond to requests from the Data Subject
- payment management: to manage payments by credit card, bank transfer, or other means

- the fulfillment of any obligation under applicable laws, regulations, and rules, in particular, in relation to taxation and fiscal matters
- based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, for:
- marketing purposes via email of products and/or services of the data controllerto directly sell the products or services of the Data Controller using the email provided by the Data Subject in the context of the sale of a product or service similar to that which is the subject of the sale
- management, optimization, and monitoring of technical infrastructure: to identify and resolve any technical issues, to improve the performance of the Application, to manage and organize information in a computer system (e.g., servers, databases, etc.)
- security and anti-fraud: to ensure the security of the Data Controller's assets, infrastructure, and networks
- statistics with anonymous data: to perform statistical analyses on aggregated and anonymous data to analyze the behavior of the Data Subject, to improve the products and/or services provided by the Data Controller, and to better meet the expectations of the Data Subject
- based on the consent of the data subject, for:
- Retargeting und Remarketi: to reach the Data Subject who has already visited or shown interest in the products and/or services offered by the Application using their Personal Data with a personalized advertisement. - Marketing purposes for the Data Controller's products and/or services: to send commercial and/or promotional information or materials, to carry out direct sales of the Data Controller's products and/or services, or to conduct market research using automated and traditional methods
Based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, the Application allows interactions with external platforms or social networks whose processing of Personal Data is governed by their respective privacy policies, to which reference should be made. The interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the privacy settings that the Data Subject has chosen on those platforms or social networks. This information – in the absence of specific consent to processing for further purposes – is used solely to allow the use of the Application and to provide the information and services requested.
The Personal Data of the Data Subject may also be used by the Data Controller to defend itself in legal proceedings before the competent courts.

Methods of processing and recipients of Personal Data
Personal Data is processed using paper and electronic means, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and with the adoption of appropriate security measures.
Personal Data is processed exclusively by:
- persons authorized by the Data Controller who have committed themselves to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;
- subjects operating independently as separate data controllers or subjects designated as data processors by the Data Controller in order to carry out all processing activities necessary to pursue the purposes set out in this policy (e.g., business partners, consultants, IT companies, service providers, hosting providers);
- individuals or entities to whom Personal Data must be disclosed by law or by order of the authorities.
The above-mentioned parties are required to use appropriate safeguards to protect Personal Data and may only access data necessary to perform their assigned tasks.
Personal Data will not be disclosed indiscriminately in any way.
Location
If necessary, Personal Data may be transferred to parties located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever Personal Data is transferred outside the EEA, the Data Controller will take all appropriate and necessary contractual measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of Personal Data, including, among others, agreements based on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data outside the EEA, approved by the European Commission. Retention period for Personal Data
Personal Data will be stored for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in particular:
- for purposes related to the execution of the contract between the Data Controller and the Data Subject, they will be stored for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, after termination, for the ordinary limitation period of 10 years. In the event of legal proceedings, for the entire duration of the proceedings, until the expiry of the time limits for bringing legal action.
- for purposes related to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, they will be stored until such interests are fulfilled
- for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, by order of an authority, and for legal protection, they will be stored in accordance with the time limits set by said obligations, regulations, and in any case until the expiry of the limitation period provided for by the regulations in force
- for purposes based on the consent of the data subject, they will be retained until consent is withdrawn
At the end of the retention period, all Personal Data will be deleted or stored in a form that does not allow the identification of the Data Subject.
Rights of the data subject
Data subjects may exercise certain rights with regard to Personal Data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the Data Subject has the right to:
- be informed about the processing of your Personal Data
- withdraw consent at any time
- restrict the processing of your Personal Data
- object to the processing of your Personal Data
- access your Personal Data
- verify and request the correction of your Personal Data
